Angel City 1 - Racing 2 Player Ratings

Racing still can't keep a clean sheet, but the defensive performance is good enough in the end. Lardner is the hero, but there were good performances all around.

Bloomer-6: Needs to do better on the goal, but had an important late save.

McMahon-7: Fine effort from Q including some key clearances.

Gacioch-8: Looking better each match. Had a goal-preventing block in the first half.

Wright-7: Steady, but you can see that she can't quite match the pace of the league's best strikers anymore.

Jean-7: Solid return to the lineup from her.

Morris-7: Good to see her put in 60 minutes after walking around in a boot this weekend.

O'Kane-8: Ran things effectively in a deeper role.

Milliet-8: Never stopped running and almost scored, but for an excellent save from Anderson.

Weber-7: Acquitted herself well in the midfield as an early replacement for Hodge.

Lardner-9: It was a good brace for the rookie and hopefully it will lead to more goals now that she has scored her first.

Fischer-8: Racing’s best player at the moment.
